Dr Gayani Rathnasinghe is an experienced and compassionate dentist dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. She began her dental career in Sri Lanka, where she completed her primary dental degree and gained over five years of experience working in both private practice and public healthcare settings. During this time, she also contributed to the Pediatric Dental Unit in Peradeniya, developing a strong foundation in treating patients of all ages.

After relocating to Australia in 2007, Dr Gayani further advanced her qualifications by completing a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Dentistry at the University of Melbourne. She successfully completed the Australian Dental Council examinations in 2010, enabling her to practice as a registered dentist in Australia.

Dr Gayani commenced her Australian career as a General Dentist with Ranges Dental Services in Lilydale, working in association with Dental Health Services Victoria. She has since continued to build extensive clinical experience across a wide range of dental treatments.

Currently, Dr Gayani practices full-time in private practice in Dandenong, where she is committed to providing gentle, affordable, and high-quality dental care. She has a special interest in caring for children and is passionate about creating positive dental experiences from an early age. She also has a strong focus on periodontal (gum) care for patients of all ages, helping to maintain long-term oral health.

Dr Gayani’s goal is to improve oral health outcomes for individuals and families across Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.
